All rates include VAT( 19%). Minimal stay 3 days.
The rent includes normal use of electricity, the swimming-pool and the garden. Clean bed linen and towels are provided once a week.
Arrivals/departures: every day of the week
Arrivals between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., unless agreed otherwise.
Departures not later than 11 a.m.
Pets are welcome after consultation.
Casa Tomilho and Casa Rosmaninho have central heating fuelled by large gas cylinders. The cost of heating will be charged.
Payment
25% of the total amount as a deposit within one week upon confirmation of your booking. Your booking is only valid after receipt of your deposit.
The remaining 75% is due not later than 30 days before arrival. Transfers by bank are preferred.
Cancellations
You are well advised to take out a cancellation insurance. Upon leaving, the rented accommodation should be in the same condition as on arrival. Damage must be reported at once and will be have to paid for. No liability is accepted for direct and indirect damage, in whatever shape or by whatever cause. It is advisable to check your insurance policy.
