Season is from 1 April 2010- 15 November 2010. The Early Season is the remaining period.
All houses have high qualities, but different capacities (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, size). Therefor the rental prices are based on the number of bedrooms, a unit price of € 30 per person per night, and one selected attractive discount either related to the length of the stay,or the presence of children and babies,adding extra beds, or season. The possible discounts on the unit price are as follows:
-30% discount after 3 nights
-50% discount after 7 nights
-50% discount for children up to 12 years
-100% discount for babies up to 1 year
-50% discount for an extra bed
For example, the average price per person per night during 7 nights will become € 25 for adults
All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. An extra bed or baby bed can be added at each bedroom.
Breakfast can be provided upon request.
The rental prices for the early season are based on a 50% discount of the above mentioned unit price of € 30 per person per night.
